David joined the board in 2019 and has over 25 years’ experience advising companies in dynamic market sectors. David was a partner in restructuring for Arthur Andersen and subsequently Ernst & Young, working between Birmingham and London, where he advised banks, private equity houses and corporates. He is currently Non-executive Director for Sheffield Forgemasters, Bowers and Wilkins and JPI Media. David is a Chartered Accountant and fellow of the ICAEW.
Promoted to Chief Executive Officer in early 2019 from the position of Commercial Director which he held since 2016, Harry joined us from Aggreko where he worked across a number of roles and geographies. Whilst living in Singapore, Harry sold multi-MW temporary power projects to utility and industrial customers across Asia. Harry obtained professional certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to joining the power industry, he worked in financial services for Citigroup and also for a VC-backed technology business. Harry studied engineering at Oxford University.
Nick joined in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer to head up the Group’s finance function and work closely with the Company’s shareholders on the next strategic steps for the business. Prior to joining Green Frog, Nick was the CFO of a publicly quoted exploration and production company in the oil and gas sector for six years. Prior to that appointment, Nick spent 13 years in investment banking providing advisory services to the global oil industry with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions. Nick qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse.
Neil is our Operations Director, having joined us from the renewable power generator Infinis, where he was responsible for the operational excellence programme. He has almost 20 years’ experience across power generation, engineering and manufacturing sectors, with the common theme of delivering improvement and change into operational environments. With particular experience of operating a large fleet of gas engines on landfill gas on numerous sites across the UK, Neil has a PhD from Cambridge University and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry.
David joined in 2016 to help guide the finance department through the business’ rapid growth. With considerable experience in financial control, processes and reporting, David is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with KPMG. He previously worked within Tesco Group, initially leading the financial accounting, tax and treasury functions for a £1bn subsidiary of Tesco, before managing its commercial finance function. David has a degree in French from the University of Bristol.
